Our Kitchen

Our kitchen, led by Chef Chris Panas, has plenty of experience in catering as well as working in-home as a personal executive chef. His motto is "food for good" which he interprets as crafting menus and experiences that deliver his culinary knowledge in a way that nourishes the body and soul.

Chef Panas' commitment to nutrition and health can be seen in the careful way he invents dishes that cater to the sensitive needs of our bodies by providing meals that offer gourmet tastes that eliminate food allergens such as gluten and dairy. If you haven't tried his white wine bathed salmon or next-level General Tso's chicken, you are missing out.

Chef Panas has always been a huge supporter of local business, fresh ingredients, and giving back. To that end, he always sources ingredients as close to his kitchen as possible to create seasonal plates sure to please everyone's palate. He and his kitchen also spent the majority of 2020 cooking and delivering nutritious meals to both the Water Street Mission and Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster.

Have a question about any of our meals, how to reheat our meals or just want to know the best way to chop onions, drop Chef Chris a line! He can be emailed at hubmeals@gmail.com.
