Seasoned and stir fried jumbo shrimp with a coconut milk and red curry paste sauce over steamed basmati rice. Also includes plenty of healthy vegetables like cauliflower, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas, chickpeas and bamboo shoots gently stir fried and mixed in with a ginger and red curry sauce (made with GF soy sauce) balanced with mild spice and creamy coconut milk.
