Southwest Steak Bowl with Rice & Vegetables (Family Size)

Marinated flat iron steak gets grilled and sliced before being placed atop a bed of Mexican fried rice mixed with black beans, corn, peppers, cilantro, onions and spices. With roasted vegetables including yellow squash, red onion, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. Served with sides of house-made chipotle ranch, pico de gallo and corn tortilla strips.

Note: Dish is gluten free and can be made dairy free omitting the chipotle ranch.
