Tuscan Braised Pork Ragu over Fettuccine

Old world Italian flavors come together in this slow cooked comfort food from the hills of Tuscany. Pork shoulder gets braised for several hours in Chianti and then simmered with tomatoes, carrots, celery, garlic and aromatics like fennel, rosemary and cinnamon. Served over fettucine pasta with Pecorino cheese.
