Vegetable Curry with Basmati Rice

Stir fried vegetables with a coconut and red curry paste sauce over steamed basmati rice. Enjoy fresh cauliflower, bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, onion and bamboo shoots gently stir fried and mixed in with a red curry sauce (made with GF soy sauce) balanced with mild spice and creamy coconut milk.

Comes with crispy fried chickpeas as a topping packaged separately.
